Husband of the late Kathleen (Ross); brother of the late John, Andrew, Michael, Joseph, Anna, Helen and Martina.
Survived by many nieces and nephews who cared for and loved him dearly.
Francis was a retired Air Force Major, with 24 years of service, including WWII, the Korean Conflict and the Vietnam War.
