Agnes Mae Shelton, 77, of Hughes Shop Road in
Westminster, died Monday evening at Pikesville Nursing
and Convalescent Center after a brief illness.
Born in Anchor, Ky., she was the daughter of the late
Ben and Martha Wilson, and was the mother of the late
Henry D. Shelton. Her husband, Noah, died in 1958.
She was a member of Meadow Branch Church of the
Brethren.
Surviving are dauhters Opal L. Michael of Pikesville and
Roberta Jones of Baltimore; sons Homer U. of Westminster
and Eugene of Randallstown; 51 grandchildren; 26 great-
grandchildren; and a great-great-granddaughter.
Services will be Saturday at 11 a.m. at Meadow Branch
Church of the Brethren with her pastor, the Rev. Robert W.
Krouse, officiating. Burial will be in Meadow Branch
Cemetery. The family will receive friends at Thomas D.
Fletcher and Son Funeral Home in Westminster Wednesday
from 7 to 9 p.m. and Thursday and Friday from 2 to 4 p.m..
and from 7 to 9 p.m.
