Lucy Caroline Richardson was the 7th child of Louis Richardson and his 1st wife Lucy Darnell.Apparently, her mother died shortly after she was born somewhere near Bonham according to family history.She married James Madison Wilson in 1867 in Alvarado, Johnson County, Texas.

She had seven(7) children 1.Frank b. 3 Sept 1867 2.Gertrude b.Nov 1969 3.Lillian b. 16 Feb 1872 4.Cora (Coreene) b. 24 Dec 1874 5.Homer b. 14 Oct 1876 6.Louis b. 17 Sep 1882 7. Ruby b. 2 Nov 1883 Blind. In 1870 she lived with James M. Wilson in Grandview next door to her 1/2 sister Nancy Ann Tennessee Richardson-Cappleman and Henry Cappleman James Madison Wilson's 1st Cousin from Mississippi. From there Lucy and James moved to Alvarado probably close to where her father and some brothers and sisters lived. On November 23rd 1888 Lucy divorced James Madison Wilson. She remarried 23 Apr 1891 to J.(Jessie)N. Miller and moved to Waco. According to family she was thrown from a buggy and died on 21 Dec 1900 and she was later buried at the Glennwood Cemetery in Alvarado, Johnson County, Texas. Her daughter Ruby is buried next to her there.
