He died aged 80 years. (source: Vital Records of Newbury, MA to the end of the year 1849)"Samuel Toppan, third son of Dr. Peter Toppan... was born in Newbury, June 5, 1670, and died there October 30, 1750, aged 80 years. He married Abigail, daughter of Rev. Michael Wigglesworth of Malden Mass., being published Nov 15, 1701. She was born March 20, 1681, and died January 28, 1771, aged 90 years.
The house in which they lived was built by Dr. Peter Toppan in 1697. It is situated on High Street, Near Marlboro Street, Newbury Mass, and is still standing. (1915)"
(Checked Google Maps, 2 High Street, Newburyport, Mass. is probable location. Still standing.)

More information, incuding all children and descendants can be found from the source.

I do not know where he was buried, except for that it was possibly the First Burying Ground, where his grandfather Abraham is buried. If not there, check other appropriately aged sites near his house.
