Funeral services were held Friday, April 19th at 10 A.M. at Parkview Mortuary Chapel for Lahoma Virginia Lucas, 70, of McFarland, CA. Mrs Lucas passed away April 17, 1996 in Delano. She was born Sept. 27, 1925 in OK and had resided in this area for 53 years.
She is survived by sons, Rick Lucas of Bakersfield, CA and David Lucas of McFarland, CA; daughters, Barbara Jones of Delano, Gloria Knight of Wasco, Sharon Allen, Eva Tripp, Betty Taylor of McFarland, Viola Kurtz of McFarland and Lillie Dudley of Tulare, CA; brother, James Pope of Oregon; and 12 grandchildren.
Interment was held at North Kern Cemetery District, Delano.
Rev. Pete Balaga of Wasco, CA officiated.
