James had married Sarah Catharine Gentis. Samuel followed in his father's footsteps by become a blacksmith, also. William worked as a saddler. Elvira eventually became a schoolteacher. Mary stayed at home, taking care of the house and family after Rachel's death, and is now buried next to Rachel.
