OBITUARY :
MRS. MAYMIA MARIE POWERS, 58, of 113 Broadway, died Friday at 4:50 p.m. at the Washington County Hospital after an illness of 10 years.

She was the wife of Edward J. Powers and the daughter of Mrs. Meridal Webb Music Freeman and the late Grover Music of Ashland, Ky. She was born in Meally, Ky.

She was a member of the First Christian Chch of Paintsville, Ky. She was a member of the Loyal Order of Moose Chapter 342 (Women of the Moose); and a sister of the Owls Nest No. 11 of Hagerstown.

Survivors include mother, husband, daughter, Mrs. Loretta Phelps of Paintsville, Ky.; son, Ervine Kirk of Russellville, Ky., Clifford Kirk of Detroit, Mich.; and four grandchildren.

Services will be conducted at the Rouzer Funeral Home at 2 p.m. Tuesday by the Rev. Robert L. Regenold. Burial will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at the National Cemetery in Gettysburg, Pa. Friends may call at the funeral home from 7 to 9 tonight.
