On September 02, 1909, Larkin married his last wife, Jennie (Bolar) Selby, who is buried with her first husband, Jessie B. Selby in Antioch Cem in Bethany, Harrison Co MO.

Larkin was a salesman, first for sewing machines and later a traveling salesman selling musical instruments. After returning to Missouri he had a poultry farm.

Gravesite Details

Regretfully, on 2 Aug 2011, nothing more than a nub remained of the original gravestone of L.S. Flint. In Oct. 2012 through the efforts of his two 2nd great-grand nieces, Larkin received his long overdue Civil War monument.
