Our loving wife, mother and grandmother, Nova M. Bishop, 91, died at Providence St. Peter Hospital, Olympia.
She raised her family in the South Bay and Nisqually Valley areas. She married Jimmie D. Bishop, June 1, 1962. They moved to Shelton in 1973, where she was residing at the time of her death. Nova was a homemaker and seamstress and enjoyed doing things for her family.
Surviving are her husband, Jimmie; sons; Norman and Jim Dornblaser; daughter Louise Echtle; numerous grandchildren, great and great-great grandchildren. Her son, Roy Dornblaser preceded her in death.
Visitation will be held at Olympic Funeral Home, Tuesday, August 6th from 3-7p.m. Funeral services will follow Wednesday, August 7th, 12:00 p.m. Burial will be in Odd Fellows Memorial park, Tumwater.
