Son of the late John Tyler Cadenhead Sr. and Ruby Laura Koehler.
Grandson of Mabel Clair Milam and Ernest George Walter Koehler.
Also brother of the late Lois Cadenhead Thomason, Warren Henry Cadenhead, and John Cadenhead Jr.
Visitation was held Thursday evening, 8 June 1995, from 4 until 6 p.m. at Jefferson Memorial, Trussville.
Graveside service was held Friday, 9 June 1995, at 11 a.m. at Jefferson Memorial Garden East with the Reverend Aubrey Holladay officiating.
