Audrey Camilla Hauger was born March 14, 1918 in Brandon, Minnesota to Axel and Mabel Burkee.

In 1936, she graduated from Badger High School and in 1941 she married Lloyd E. Hauger. They had four children, Skip Hauger (Louise), of Grimes Iowa, Curt Hauger (Diann) of Badger, David Hauger(Kim) of Zimmerman, Minnesota and Cheryl Reaves (Dave) of Austin, Minnesota. Camilla worked at the Red Owl store in Badger, the Badger Produce and the Land O Lakes produce in Roseau. In 1971, she attended Alexandria Vo. Tech School for Dietetic Asst. and obtained a job in Badger teaching an Occupational Food Class as well as a School cook. She taught her last working years in Greenbush High School. She took pleasure in keeping track of all of her students as they grew into adulthood.

Camilla enjoyed being a member of the Roseau Retired Teachers Assn. She was very active in Our Redeemer's church in Badger. She sang in the church choir, was a lifelong member of the Ladies Aid, and participated in many other church functions. She had a beautiful singing voice and sang at many weddings and funerals.

She took great pride in her husband, children, grandchildren and great grandchildren and was always ready to show off her brag book containing pictures of them.

Camilla was an avid cook and was known for her cooking and baking abilities.

Her younger sister, Helen Burkee, was very important in her life and cherished the fact that she and Helen had never spent a Christmas apart. They spent 87 Christmas's together.

Preceding her in death were her parents, twin brothers and her husband, Lloyd, and one grandchild.

She is survived by Helen her sister, her children, Carlton "Skip" Hauger (Louise) of Ames, Iowa; Curtis Hauger (Diann) of Badger, MN; David Hauger (Kim) of Zimmerman, MN; Cheryl Reaves (Dave) of Austin, MN 10 grandchildren and 13 great grand children. Camilla was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister and friend and will be missed by all.

Interment will be in the Badger City Cemetery.
