Services for Frank R. Rhodes, 81, of Lufkin, were held Saturday, April 4, 1987 in the Gipson Funeral Home Chapel with burial in the Garden of Memories Memorial Park.
Mr. Rhodes was born March 23, 1906 in Elberton, GA, and died Thursday, April 2, 1987 in a Lufkin nursing home after a long illness. He resided in Lufkin most of his life and was a sander for Moore Chair Company for 40 years and was retired. He served in the U S Navy during WW II and was a member of Pleasant Grove Congregational Methodist Church.
