Mrs. Elizabeth A. Godfrey, widow of William F. Godfrey, died at the home of her son, Salem Godfrey of Hollidaysburg, R.D. [Brush Mountain] at 5:30 o'clock yesterday morning, after an illness of two months.

She was married to Mr. Godfrey June 6, 1885, at St. Michael's Catholic Church, Hollidaysburg.

Surviving are the following children; Leo of Johnstown, John C. of York, Mrs. Elizabeth A. Arthur of Hanover, and Mrs. Anna M. Daus, Paul W., Salem J. and Phelan, all of Hollidaysburg; one brother William G. Lear of Phoenix, Ariz; 34 grandchildren and 25 great-grandchildren.

She was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church, Hollidaysburg.

Friends will be received at the Wolf Funeral Home. Services will be held at St. Mary's Catholic Church with requiem high mass at 9 o'clock Saturday morning. Interment in Old St. Mary's Cemetery.
