Services for Alfred F. Angster, 59, of 1205 S Western Av., Park Ridge, executive director of Lutheran Welfare Service of Illinois, will be at 1 p.m. Tuesday in St. Luke Lutheran Church, 205 N. Prospect Av., Park Ridge. Mr. Angster, who headed the agency, the largest protestant welfare service organization in the state, for 20 years, died Friday. Survivors include his widow, Virginia; three sons, Thomas, John, and James; and two grandchildren.
