Frank M Montemore, 98, St. Joseph, died September 1, 2002, at his home.
He was born in San Antonio, Tex., and lived his life in St. Joseh.
Mr. Montemore was a veteran, and he worked for Swift & Company for 45 years. He was a member of St. James Catholic Church.
Survivors include a son, Martin Montemore, Paririe Village, Kan., two daughters, Adriana Davis, of the home, and Irene Hurley, Sarasota, Fla., a brother, Merced Montemore, Phoenix, Ariz.,and sisters Elsie Reno, Isabel Cruz and Antinia Lawrence, all of St. Joseph; 17 grandchildren and several great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Micaela, his parents, Filemeno and Juana Montemore, two sons, Raymond and Genaro Montemore, a daughter, Patricia Atkins, and a grandchild.
Internment: Mt Olivet Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family request memorials to St James School.
