EUNICE, La. - Arthur David Lengefeld, 35, died at his residence in Branch Wednesday, June 25, at 2:30 p.m. A farmer in the Branch area, Mr. Lengefeld had been ill for a period of nine months.
Funeral services are scheduled for 2 p.m. Friday at the Mowata Baptist Church with burial in the Mowata Baptist Cemetery. Minister Harold Drenth will officiate.
A veteran of the Viet Nam War, Mr. Lengefeld is survived by his wife, Mrs. Barbara Bailey Lengefeld of Branch; his father, John Lengefeld of Eunice; one son, Steven of Branch; three daughters, Donna, Janet and Joyce of Branch; three sisters, Mrs. Jeanell Klengenberg of Houston, Mrs. Elizabeth Lowe of Eunice and Miss Helen Lengefeld of Victoria, Africa.
