Hubert Woodmansee, 89, died Tuesday in Century Villa Health Care, Greentown. He was Jackson Township, Howard County, to Grant and Lillian (Hackenbracht) Woodmansee and was a 1928 graduate of Jackson Township High School. He married Florence Ballard on Aug. 16, 1930 . She died Aug 6, 1973. He then married Ruby Cranor Howell on Sept. 12, 1974. She died Dec. 30, 1983.
Mr. Woodmansee was a farmer in Jackson Township, retiring in 1975. He was a former director of First Farmers Bank & Trust, Converse; a member of Converse Church of Christ and a 47-year member of Greentown Lions Club.
Survivors include a daughter, Connie (Richard) Keyton, Greentown; two stepsons, Keith (Dolores) Cranor, Marion, and Robert Cranor, California; three grandchildren; three step-grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; a step-great-great-grandson.
Services were held Saturday in Hasler-Pickett Funeral Home, Greentown. Burial was made in the IOOF cemetery, Converse.
