George C. Washington is a Grandnephew of President George Washington. George C. Washington was a member of the Maryland state house of delegates from 1816-1819. Was a member of the U.S. Representative from the state of Maryland from 1827-1833 3rd district. He also was a U.S. Representative from the 5th district from 1835-1837. George was a member of the Maryland state executive council from 1834-1835.
