HAMPTON- Robert Webster Nightengale, 86, who retired in 1979 as a route salesman from Kecoughtan Laundry, died Wednesday, January 5.
Mr. Nightengale was a member of First United Church of Christ and a native of Williamsburg.
Survived by a daughter, Sylvia Faye MacNeil of Hampton; two sons, William Neil Nightengale of Alexandria and Robert W. Nightengale of Chadds Ford, Pennsylvania; two sisters, Viola Minor of Williamsburg and Iris Embrey of Pasadena, Texas; four grandchilden and two great-grandchildren.
Graveside service 10a.m. Saturday in Parklawn Memorial Park by the Reverend Larry Diehl.
Arrangements by Peninsula Funeral Home, Newport News.
