WINFORD F. (BUB) BAKER
Winford F. (Bub) Baker, 67, Independence, Mo., passed away Sunday, April 23, 1995, at Medical Center of Independence. Graveside services will be 1 p.m. Wednesday, April 26, at Rocky Comfort Cemetery, Rocky Comfort, Mo. Visitation will be 6-8 p.m. Tuesday, April 25, at Muehlebach Funeral Home.
Mr. Baker was born in Rocky Comfort, Mo. He was a retired Bargaining Chairman for the UAW at Kenworth Truck Company and also a member of the VFW Post w1000.
Survivors include his wife, Evelyn L. Baker, of the home; four sons, Larry Baker, Carl Baker, Cloyd Baker and Clifford Baker, all of Independence, Mo.; one daughter, Jeane Hartley, Pleasant Hill, Mo.; his mother, Mildred Springer, Granby, Mo.; sister, Crystal Springer, Diamond, Mo. and six grandchildren.
