Funeral services will be 10:30 a.m. Monday, June 27, at Martin-Mattice Funeral Home in Emmetsburg, with The Rev. David A. Morris of First United Methodist Church, Emmetsburg, officiating. Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery, Emmetsburg, Iowa. Martin-Mattice Funeral Home, Emmetsburg, is in charge of the arrangements.
Charlotte Bertha Larson was born May 26, 1929, in Webster County, the daughter of Emil and Hattie (Scharf) Larson. She graduated from Fort Dodge High School in 1947. She was employed at the Rialto Theater in Fort Dodge. She married LeRoy Harold Miller on November 23, 1952, in Lytton. Together they farmed near Emmetsburg. They were the parents of three sons. She was a member of the First United Methodist Church in Emmetsburg. She enjoyed cooking, traveling, tending her flower gardens and playing cards and going to a Casino.
Surviving are her husband, Leroy of Emmetsburg; her sons, Raymond Miller and Jerry Miller and Dale Miller, all of Emmetsburg; and other relatives.
She was preceded in death by her parents and three brothers, Willard Larson, Darvin Larson and Laurence Galen.
