Funeral services for Margaret I. Schulze, 91, of Levelland will be 4:00 pm, Wednesday, September 29, 2010 at St. Paul Lutheran Church, Levelland with Rev. Michael Holmes, pastor and Rev. W. F. Biggott, Kerrville, Texas, officiating. Burial will be in City of Levelland Cemetery under direction of George Price Funeral Home, Levelland. The family will receive visitors at St. Paul Lutheran Church, Levelland at 7:00 pm, Tuesday, September 28, 2010. She died Saturday, September 25, 2010 in Levelland. Margaret was born on June 21, 1919 in Austin, Texas to Alfred Lee and Fannie Appling Sirkel. She married J. Albert Schulze on December 18, 1937 in Temple, Texas. They moved to Levelland in December of 1942 from Knippa, Texas. She was a longtime member of St. Paul Lutheran Church, Levelland. She was preceded in death by her parents, two brothers: Alfred Lee Sirkel, Jr. and Bill Sirkel; two sisters: Dorothy Dupree and Clara Spencer; and a grandson: Gary Schulze. Survivors include her husband, J. Albert Schulze of Levelland; two sons: Ben Schulze of Odessa, Texas; and Jerry Schulze of Nacogdoches, Texas; a daughter: Dianne McMurry of Garland, Texas; a sister: Ella Pursche of Moody, Texas;eight grandchildren: thirteen great grandchildren and a great -great grandson.
