Millie was a member of Zion Evangelical Church in Pipestone. She was an avid sports fan, especially the Minnesota Vikings and the Atlanta Braves. She liked to watch television shows involving politics, and she read the daily newspaper faithfully. Millie loved jewelry; and in her younger years, she enjoyed bowling. She especially enjoyed spending time with her family and friends.
She is lovingly remembered by her sister, Dorothy Boese of Pipestone, Minnesota; her brother, Phillip Bruns and his wife Laurie of Los Angeles, California; her niece, Peggy Boese of Pipestone, Minnesota; her nephew, Dennis and his wife Mona Boese of Pipestone, Minnesota; eight great-nieces and nephews; special friend, Mary Steenstra of Holland, Minnesota; and many other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents; an infant sister, Phyllis; her nephew, Kevin Boese; and her brother-in-law, Tony Boese.
