Age 78, passed away at 1 p.m. Tuesday after a 4 month illness. She was born June 29, 1888 in the Town of Osborne and had been a resident of Kaukauna for the past 50 years. She was a member of the W.C.O.F. and the Altar Society of Holy Cross Catholic Church. Mrs. Vandhey is survived by her husband; two daughters, Mrs. Joseph (Rosann) Appleton, Kaukauna; Miss Janet Vandehey, Hilbert; three sons, Milton J., Sun Prairie, Glen L., Kimberly, Eugene A., Kaukauna; six sisters, Mrs. Richard (Mary) Moehring, Seymour; Mrs. Anna Gilkey, Mrs. John (Jose) Siebers and Mrs. Frank (Frances) Siebers, all of Kaukauna; Mrs. William (Martha) Weyenberg and Mrs. Elizabeth Crosby, both of Appleton; 15 grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Friday at Holy Cross Catholic Church. Burial will be in the parish cemetery. Friends may call at the Fargo Funeral Home, Kaukauna after 3 p.m. Thursday. Rosary will be prayed at 8 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
