Frances L. Hoagland
Services for Frances L. Hoagland, 86, of 3990 Hill Road, who died Saturday of natural causes at a Boise hospital, will be conducted at 2 p.m. Thursday at Relyea Mortuary by Bishop Colvin Bernard, Boise Ninth Ward, Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Interment will be at Kohlerlawn, Nampa.
She was born Oct. 18, 1886, at Queenstown, South Africa, and in 1907, moved to Utah, where she lived until moving to the Wilder area in 1916. She was married to John Hoagland Oct. 8, 1417, in the Salt Lake City LDS Temple. Mr. Hoagland died in 1927. She was a member of the LDS Church.
Survivors Include three daughters, Mrs. Walter (Lillie) Steele, Boise, Mrs. L. G. (Marjorie Fern) Smith, Nampa, and Mrs. Lawrence (Eva) Merritt, Boise; two sons, Calvin Hoagland, King Hill, and Elmo Hoagland, Springville, Utah; 33 grandchildren and 33 great-grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be Rex Steele, Shaun Steele, Kevin Black, John Hoagland and Lee Hoagland.
Friends may call at Relyea Mortuary from 9 a.m.- 8:30 p.m. today and Wednesday, and from 9 a.m. Thursday until service time.
