Ira Ervin Casey, 55, of 3464 Dunn, died yesterday at his home. He leaves his wife, Mrs. Thelma Casey; three sons, Jerry Casey of Horn Lake, Miss., Walter Casey of Independence, Miss., and Jimmy Casey of Memphis; two daughters, Mrs. Peggy Perkins of Memphis and Mrs. Inez Geeslin of Olive Branch, Miss.; a brother, Robert Casey of Senatobia, Miss,; three sisters, Mrs. Olivia Meredith and Mrs. Mary Sullivan, both of Independence, and Mrs. Catherine Young of Olive Branch, and six grandchildren. Services at 10 a.m. tomorrow at New Hope Baptist Church in Wakefield, Miss., with burial in Mt.Zion Cemetery in Independence. C. O. Pate Funeral Home.
