Lucille O´Brien, 88, long time Green Bay resident, died Tuesday, July 15, 2008, in Simi Valley, California. She was born October 11, 1919 to the late George Biebel and Magdalen (Groessl) Biebel. Lucille married Timothy O´Brien on April 29, 1950 at St. Francis Xavier Cathedral. Lucille was employed part time as a receptionist for the YWCA. She had a great love for dogs, especially West Highland White Terriers. Lucille enjoyed watching old movies and trips to Florida and Las Vegas following her retirement. She was a member of St. Mary of the Angels Parish. She moved to California in 2007 following the death of her husband. She is survived by two sons: Timothy M. (Christine) O´Brien, Simi Valley, CA and Kelly O´Brien, Atlanta, GA; three grandchildren: Erin (Rob) MacIntyre, Simi Valley, CA; Timothy J. (Monica) O´Brien, Birmingham, AL and Kevin O´Brien, Chicago, IL; and two sisters-in-law: Mary Jane "Tiny" O´Brien and Caroline O´Brien, both of Green Bay. She was preceded in death by two sisters, Magdalen DeKeyser and Marion Francois. Friends may call at St. Mary of the Angels Catholic Church, corner of Cass and Irwin Sts., after 9:30 AM Tuesday until time of Mass. Mass of Christian Burial 11:00 AM Tuesday at the church with Fr. Tom Wojciechowski, O.F.M. officiating. Burial in the Allouez Catholic Cemetery.
