Verna Dean SIRMANS, 58, died on February 5, 1997.
Funeral services were held at the First Christian Church with the Rev. Johnny Crawford, pastor of the First Baptist church of Mobeetie, officiating Burial was in Edith Ford Cemetery by Stickley-Hill Funeral Directors.
Mrs. SIRMANS was born October 2, 1938 in Winters to Jack W. and Edna Mae White CAMPBELL. She attended high school in Pampa. She married Bill R. SIRMANS on June 18, 1954 in Pampa. They moved in 1967 to Canadian.
Mrs. SIRMANS was a homemaker and a member of the First Christian Church. She was preceded in death by a son, David Bruce SIRMANS, in 1980 and by a great-grandson, Zachary Lane KELLEY in 1996.
Mrs. SIRMANS is survived by her husband; two sons and daughters-in-law, Mike and Cathy SIRMANS of Canadian and Robert and Doreen SIRMANS of Midlothian; a daughter and son-in-law, Christy and Brent GALLAGHER of Canadian; two sisters, Jo Ann SHIPPLEY and Kay LOTT of Fairfield; two brothers, Jackie CAMPBELL of Burr Oaks and Robert Carl CAMPBELL of Pampa; six grandchildren, James, Michelle, Jamie, Jennifer, Kristin and Shane, and by two great-grandchildren, Chelsea and C. J.
