Mr. Hearne, 89, of Pineville passed away Tuesday, February 22, 2011 at Rapides Regional Medical Center.
He was a member of the First United Methodist Church of Pineville. He graduated from Louisiana Tech with a BS Degree in Chemical Engineering. After graduation he worked in the petroleum industry for 35 years and retired with South Suburban Propane Gas Company in Bloomfield, New Mexico.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Thelma Spencer Hearne; parents, Francis M. Hearne, Jr. and Virginia Noel Hearne and two brothers William N. Hearne and Frank M. Hearne.
Those left to cherish his memory include his nieces, Virginia Hearne; JoAnn Colwell DeKeyzer and Janice Allen; nephew, Herschel Colwell; great-nephews, Charles Allen, Cecil Colwell, Mike Colwell, Steve Colwell, Joel Colwell and Brad Colwell; great-nieces, Ceclia Lowe and Katy Allen.
