She was preceded in death by her first husband, E. Woodrow Crow in 1971; and by her second husband, Chester E. Fahrney in 1973.
She worked at Hess Orchards. She retired from Stanley Co. in 1987. She was a member of Five Forks Brethren in Christ Church and the Sewing Circle. She was a member of AARP and Amalgamated Clothing and Textile Workers Union. She volunteered at Camp Joel.
She is survived by a daughter, Carolyn E. Thomas of Blue Ridge Summit, PA; four sons, Dilbert L. Crow of Five Forks, Bobby E. Crow of South Mountain, PA, Jacky D. Crow of Quincy, PA and Mark L. Crow of Frederick, MD; three
sisters, Boots Cross of Cumberland, MD Annabelle Nazelrod and Lois Stride both of LaVale, MD; two brothers, Dilbert Bittner of Berkeley Springs and Rust Bittner of LaVale; 10 grandchildren; two step grandsons; 10 great grandchildren and three step great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by an infant son and three brothers.
Services were held Monday, May 1 at Five Forks Brethren Christ Church, 9244 Five Forks Road, Five Forks. Pastors Wilbur F. Besecker, H. Ray Kipe and William Shank officiated. Burial was in Antrim Mennonite Church Cemetery in Greencastle, PA. Memorial donations may be made to Five Forks Brethren in Christ Church, Deacon Fund, 9244 Five Forks Road, Five Forks, Waynesboro, PA 17268.
