Freda was born Nov. 5, 1923, in Cushing to Lawrence and Vera (Cuddeback) Douglass.
Freda was preceded in death by her husband, Wendle "Hank" Hagmann, and son, Gary Hagmann.
Survivors are: son and daughter-in-law, LaVerne and Janice Hagmann of North Platte; brothers and sisters-in-law, Jerold and Jackie Douglass of Broken Bow, Les Douglass, Vance and Janice Douglass, all of Ashby and Dennis Douglass of Grand Island; sister-in-law, Dorothy Douglass of North Platte; granddaughter, Michelle Limbach of Kearney; brother-in-law, Ernest Wempen of Overton; and a host of relatives and friends.
Freda grew up and received her education in Cushing.
She was united in marriage to Wendle "Hank" Hagmann on Sept. 29, 1943, in St. Paul.
Following Hank's military service the couple made their home in Grand Island.
Freda was a member of Trinity United Methodist Church.
Freda enjoyed dancing, playing cards, working puzzles and crocheting.
Freda was also preceded in death by her parents, sisters and brother-in-law, Leila Wempen, and Janice and Gordon Hendrickson, brother, Alvin Douglass and sister-in-law, Karan Douglass.
