Mrs. Eva Lee Fisher of Downs Dies at Age of 42
Mrs. Eva Lee Fisher, wife of Chas. Fisher, a blacksmith at Downs, died late Monday night at St. Joseph's hospital. She was 42 years old. Death was due to a complication of diseases. The funeral will be held at the downs M. E. church this afternoon. Mrs. Fisher was born in Kentucky and married Charles Fisher 20 years ago. They moved to Downs 16 years ago where Mr. Fisher engaged in farming, later opening a blacksmith shop. Besides her husband, Mrs. Fisher leaves three children Norma, Helen and Floyd.
