Son of Edward Houston and Sarah Lucinda Jackson Hill.

Dave first married Nellie Ruthford who gave him two son, Freddie and Albert. Nellie died in early 1900 shortly after the beginning of the new century.
Dave then married Rose, who was Nellie's twin sister. Rose and Dave had 9 children and then during the 1918 Spanish Influenza epidemic, Rose died.

Bristow Rites are Held Today for Dave Hill
Dave Hill, 90, died in the Antlers Nursing home, Monday, Nov 16. Funeral services were held in the First Christian Church in Bristow, at 2 pm today, Rev Howard Nuckles officiating.
Burial will follow in the Sunrise Cemetery under the direction of Sanford Funeral Home.
Born April 7, 1874, in Kansas, he was a retired farmer.
Survivors include sons, Earl, Ralph, Oklahoma City and W. C, Visalia, California. Daughters: Mrs W. M. Hutcheson, Oklahoma City, Mrs. E.L. Hutcheson, Oklahomca City, Mrs. Eugene White, Pawnee and Mrs. R.D. McCollough, Oklahoma City. One Brother, R.W. Hill, Antlers, sisters, Viola Shoef, Dolly Self, Josie Wyatt and Ida Begley, all Bristow.
