Duffy was born in Fresno, California to Paul and Mary Allison. Among his many life-long accomplishments was his committment to youth athletics.
During the past 15 years, he dedicated his life to the establishment of Selma Valley Jr. Golf Program and Scholarship Foundation. He strove for excellence in all endeavors. His passion for working with youth to encourge a positve mental attitude was his goal. He was a loyal respected friend and an avid reader with a continued thirst for knowledge. Duffy was a man of few words and much wisdom.
He is survived by his brother, John Allison of Visalia; his sister, Sheryl Beshwate of Visalia; a brother-in-law, Steve Beshwate of Visalia; two nephews, John Allison, Jr. and Jeff Allison; two nieces, Allison Olinger and Falyn Pierce; "Auntie" Bobbie Weaver of Clovis; and many friends.
