Port Byron, Feb 15-At the advanced age of 83 years, Gilbert Barnes died at his home south of this village, Sunday. He had lived in this vicinity all his life. He is survived by one grandson, Fred Barnes and one grandaughter and one brother, Dr. Charles Barnes of Weedsport.
