Milton Richardson Childers, son of Thomas Goolsby Childers and Mary Richardson, was born March 13, 1813 in Kentucky, and died February 22, 1860 in Marion Co., IL. He married Elizabeth Paulina Inman October 5, 1845 in Franklin Co., Mo, daughter of Lazarus Inman and Susanna Stover. She was born February 1824 in Tn, and died Bet. 1900 - 1910 in Latah Co., Idaho.

ii. Nancy Elizabeth Ann Childers, born July 27, 1846 in Franklin Co., Mo; died January 17, 1911 in Douglas Co., Ore. She married John Bailey February 12, 1871 in Lane Co., Ore; born August 29, 1842 in Missouri; died December 20, 1912 in Douglas Co., Ore.

iii. Benjamin Abraham Childers, born Abt. 1847 in Franklin Co., Mo; died Bet. 1900 - 1910 in Polk Co., Ore. He married Rena C. Arena Boyle May 1, 1873 in Polk Co., Ore; born January 13, 1855 in Polk Co., Ore; died June 1, 1940 in Salem, Marion Co., Ore.

iv. J. Childers, born Abt. 1850 in Franklin Co., Mo; died Bef. 1860.

v. Thomas Lazarus Childers, born July 21, 1854 in Franklin Co. Mo; died May 4, 1922 in Twin Falls, Id. He married Mary Elizabth Russell January 1, 1882 in Latah, Idaho; born May 15, 1860; died December 14, 1903 in Umatilla Co., Ore.

vi. Rosabell Sophronia Childers, born March 19, 1856 in Missouri; died October 11, 1933 in Potlatch, ID. She married Preston Thatcher Powe/Poe April 8, 1875 in Eugene, Lane Co., Ore; born March 1, 1852 in Clay Co., Mo; died July 17, 1921 in Clarkston, Wa.

Sometime after Milton died, his widow and children moved to Oregon where Elizabeth married 2) Boyd Maupin whom she had known in Missouri.
