He was WW II, U.S. Army Veteran-
756th Tank Div.
Activated Jun 1, 1941 at Ft. Lewis, WA, Co. A & C landed with 3rd Div. at Fedalia and helped establish beachheads in the N.African Theater....From D-Day Aug. 15, 1944 until May 8, 1945, the Battalion was continuously in action except for one ten-day period."
