GEORGE ABENS - Funeral services were conducted for George Abens of Morrison who died Friday were held Monday afternoon at 1:30 p.m. in the Reynolds Funeral Home, Rev. Theo Dierks, pastor of St. Peter's Lutheran Church of Morrison officiated and burial was in Grove Hill Cemetery. Casket bearers were Clare Meakins, John Heusinkveld, Herman Schroeder, Herman Stralow, George Rick and Harold Huosenga. The floral tributes were in charge of Mrs. Herman Stralow and Miss Emma Pilgrim. Mrs. Abe Renkes played a prelunde and postlude organ music.
