Mathews - Mrs. Florence Billups Baker, 91, of Mathews, died Monday in a Norfolk nursing home.
She was a member of Christ Episcopal Church in Mathews.
Survivors include a son, Dabney G. Baker III of Norfolk, and a grandson.
A funeral service will held at 11:30 a.m. today at Christ Episcopal Church, Mathews, conducted by the Rev. John B. Kelley.
Burial will be in the church cemetery.
