Clarence W.H. Fong, 73, of Honolulu, former state House representative and nephew of former U.S. Sen. Hiram Fong, died Thursday in St. Francis Hospital. Fong, an attorney with McCorriston Miho Miller Mukai, is survived by sons Barry G.M., Curtis G.L. and Matthew G.L.; daughters Cathy Duvauchelle and Liana Sandefur; brothers Dr. Donald W.T. and Clifton W.T. "Timmy"; sister Lillian L.I., and nine grandchildren. Service over the ashes: 10 a.m. Wednesday at Diamond Head Mortuary. Call after 8:30 a.m. Casual attire.
