William M. Sewell, 77 died at 7 o'clock last evening at his home in this city. He had been in failing health for a long time and confined to his home. Born in Somerset, Ky., Aug. 2, 1867, he married Lydia Cathern Barclay at that place May 2, 1899. They came to Big Timber in 1915 and had lived here since with the exception of three years, 1924 to 1927 spent in Laurel. Besides his wife, he is survived by a son, Robert, in Santa Monica, Calif., and a daughter, Mrs. Sam Strand of Big Timber. Funeral arrangements await word from the son.
