Mrs. H. O. C. Andrews of McLeod passed into the great beyond Saturday evening, a victim of heart disease. About four months ago her heart became affected and, notwithstanding the best efforts of medical science, she gradually failed until claimed by death. Esther J. Andrews was the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Johnson, who now reside at Spring Valley, Minn. She was born in Chatfield, Minn. in 1861, and in 1891 came to Montana. On December 6, 1893, she was united in marriage to H.O.C. Andrews at the home of Mrs. Mary Baker in this city. She was mother of two children, Fay P and Maxwell T., both of whom are living. In addition to the children and husband, she leaves a father, mother, and three sisters, Mrs. Licina Barnes of Spring Valley, Miss Dell of Long Beach, Calif., and Mrs. Geo. Muncaster of this county. Mrs. Andrews was a faithful member of the Methodist faith, a kind, tender and loving mother and. a faithful wife.
The entire community mourns the death of a good woman and extends sympathy to the bereaved family.
