He was 96 years of age and had recently undergone major surgery at St. Joseph's hospital in Mankato. Funeral services were held Tuesday afternoon at 2 o'clock from the Kelly-Johnson-Boman mortuary in Mankato. Interment was made in the Minneopa cemetery.
