ALBERT B. ALLSBROOK
LORIS -- Albert Biscoe "Coe" Allsbrook, 82, a retired tobacco farmer, died Saturday in a local hospital.
The funeral will be at 3 p.m. Monday in Loris Presbyterian Church. Burial, directed by Hardwich Funeral Home, will be in Patterson Cemetery, with Masonic rites.
Mr. Allsbrook was born in Horry County, a son of Newsome Biscoe Allsbrook and Cora Jane Cox Allsbrook. He was a former postmaster of the Allsbrook Post Office and past president of the Loris Fair Association. He was a former member of the Loris High School Board. He was a member of Loris Masonic Lodge 205 and Loris Presbyterian Church, where he served as an elder and secretary-treasurer.
Surviving are his wife, Inez Anderson Allsbrook; a daughter, Ella A. Boyd of Conway; a son, Albert B. Allsbroook,Jr. of Loris; a brother, Joseph R. Allsbrook of Loris; four sisters, Nina A. Smth of Charleston, Bertha A. Sasser of Conway, Mrs. Willie A. Hinson of Nicols and Inez A. Danaher of Biloxi, Miss. five grandchilden; and three great-grandchildren.
