Kyle Swanson Frost, 80, of Galax Route 4, died at Twin County Community Hospital February 17.
Born in Carroll County March 1, 1903, he was the son of John M. and Nicyktie Bowers Frost.
Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Valeria Frost; one foster son, Robert Bowers, Woodlawn; one foster grandson; two foster great grandchildren; and two sisters, Mrs. Willa Browning, Washington, DC and Mrs. Anne Nay, Oklahoma City, OK.
The funeral was held in Vaughan-Guynn Funeral Home Chapel February 18 at 2 p.m. The Rev. Fred Jennings and the Rev. Gene Brinkley were in charge.
Burial was in Monta Vista Memory Gardens.
