Anna Jane Rappleye, daughter of Jeremiah Rappleye and Sarah Williamson, was born circa 1780 in Somerset County, New Jersey. She married Captain Samuel Almy on 1 November 1801 in Ovid Township, Seneca County, New York. Her husband, Captain Samuel Almy, died on 14 August 1825. He was buried in the Lake View Cemetery, Interlaken, Seneca County, New York; in lot 450, age 42. She died on 2 February 1862. She was buried in the Lake View Cemetery, Interlaken, Seneca County, New York, in lot 450, age 82.
