He was survived by three daughters, JoAnn Blanford & Betty Stone (both of Henderson, Kentucky) & Henrietta Veeck, of Evansville, Indiana; and five sons: Malcom Williams & Johnny Timmons, both of Evansville, Indiana; Ron & Alan Williams, both of Henderson, Kentucky; and Garland Williams of Gonzales, Louisiana.
Joe was buried in Tapp Cemetery located in Smith Mills, Henderson County, Kentucky.
