From the Fort Worth Star-Telegram, Saturday, December 24, 1921, p. 6:

B. Casey, 50, general agent for the M. K. & T. Railroad at Nevada, Mo., dropped dead while waiting for a train at Parsons, Kan., Friday night en route to spend Christmas with his wife Edith Casey, who is visiting her brother, Charles L. Brown of Fort Worth. The body will arrive for burial and funeral services will be held from the Brown home, 1408 Lipscomb Street, Monday, with interment in Greenwood cemetery. Besides his wife, he is survived by two sisters, Mrs. Julia Riley and Mrs. Mary Casey.

Fort Worth, Texas, Dec. 24 -- B. Casey, about 50 years old, general agent for the M. K. & T. Railroad at Nevada, Mo., dropped dead at Parsons, Kan., last night while on his way to Fort Worth. The body has been brought here and funeral services will be held at the residence of the brother-in-law, C. L. Brown, 1408 Lipscomb street, Monday afternoon. Surviving him are his wife and two sisters, Miss Mary Casey and Mrs. Julia Riley.
