He was the son of Fred and Mary Willie Becker, and was married to Bessie Mowers on April 8, 1931. He was a member of St. John Lutheran Church and Edgerton Conservation Club. He was a lifelong Edgerton resident and had been employed many years as a storekeeper at Fairbanks Morse in Beloit. He passed away in the Edgerton Hospital. Survived by his wife; two daughters, Mrs. Donald Soergel and Karen; a son, Donald; three grandchildren; a sister, Mrs. Lulu Zanzinger; two brothers, George and Herbert.
