Lola Marie Breedon, 91, of Kennett, died Thursday, Jan. 27, 2005, at Heritage Nursing Center in Kennett.

Born Nov. 29, 1913, at Clarksdale, Miss., daughter of the late Calvin and Rebecca Smith Walls, she was a member of the First Assembly of God Church in Kennett and lifelong resident of Kennett.

She married George Alfred Breedon who preceded her in death. She was also preceded in death by one son, Alfred Wayne Breedon; two brothers, William and Curtis Walls and four sisters, Lucille Hayes, Lillian Edwards, Maymie Burnett and Wilma Jean Sero.

Survivors include one son, Jim Breedon and wife, Patty, of Holcomb, Mo.; one daughter, Nina Rhew of Kennett; six grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

Funeral services were held at 1 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 29, at McDaniel Funeral Home Chapel in Kennett with Kenny Ford officiating.

Burial was in Oak Ridge Cemetery at Kennett.

Pallbearers were Jackie Callis, Weldon Brown, Ron Hollis, Brian Holt, Mike Brown and Brady Robinson.

Honorary pallbearers were Frankie Campbell, Orville Alsup and Kenneth Ford and Pres Churchwell.
